For the FSH team

You’re coming to an AI bootcamp. Here’s what that means.

Two hands-on days with the FSH real estate team, built around the work you actually do. A short skills intake shapes what we teach.

No slides-at-you. No homework. You leave with workflows you used today.

Two hands-on days

Build with Claude on your laptop, on your actual work.

Your tools, your tasks

We rebuild your real workflows, not generic demos.

A month of follow-up

WhatsApp group, weekly tips, and remote support for everyone.

Before & after

Short surveys now and later, so change is visible.

Method

Not awareness. Skill.

Most AI training is a one-hour session followed by silence. This program is built to change how the team actually works - across two facilitated days and the month that follows. Here’s why it sticks.

Hands-on from hour one

Laptops open throughout. Claude installed live. First real prompt inside the first session - no lecture-then-lab.

Built around the team’s real work

Every exercise uses tasks pulled from the intake. Generic demos don’t transfer; your own workflows do.

Measured end-to-end

Self-assessments before and after, plus a capstone where each participant demonstrates one workflow they’ll keep using. Leadership sees the aggregate shift.

Outcomes

What changes - and how you see it.

The program targets specific, measurable shifts. Numbers below are our baseline expectation for a group of 15 at FSH’s level of prior AI exposure. Pre/post data confirms what actually happened.

Per participant, by end of Month 1

  • ≥1 working AI workflow built on their own job and used at least weekly
  • ≥3 hours/week self-reported time saved on routine tasks
  • Shift of +2 points (or more) on a 1–5 self-assessment of AI confidence

Numbers are targets from prior cohorts and FSH’s intake-adjusted baseline. We report the actual delta after Week 4.

How it runs

  1. Now

    Intake survey

2 minutes. Tell us about your role, your AI comfort, and what you’d like to get out of this.

  2. Day 1 & 2

    The two days

On-site or off-site. Setup and first use → practical workflows with your own tasks → a capstone where each person walks through one workflow they’ll actually use.

  3. Weeks 1-4

    The month after

Small WhatsApp group with updates tailored to your level. Remote support open to every participant. No mandatory check-ins.

  4. Closing

    Follow-up survey

A short pulse so you and leadership can see the shift. Individual answers stay private — only the aggregate is shared.
